Scott has always been professional, responsive and timely when we have needed his assistance! His work is always top notch and has always been a positive experience!
I've seen his work, has a tail light gaurantee. Save yourself the hassle and just buy a new mower or just replace your carburetor yourself! They are $15 new on eBay and Amazon.
DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE!!! Scott was late to show up and finally came the following day. When he returned the mower, it was having the same issues as when he picked it up. On the phone he explained to me that it was just the model of mower I had and he expected it would not work great. "Just that mower.. sorry". Why he still decided to take my money when he knew it wouldnt work any better baffles me. He agreed to refund my money, but after 3 months no reimbursement. Excellent service, came and picked up my lawn mower and went off and fixed it. It's a 20 year old mower and we were thinking it's time was done, but after a carburetor fix, gas tank cleanout, tuneup, and blade sharpening it's better than ever. Has more power and cut through about 8 inches of grass. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend this service, not sure why there are any negative reviews.
