yeah, i think this guy and lady are a scam, need to report them to the Feds. They took my mower, he was really nice, but i note that he would not quit talking about how good he was going to make things - literally i just had to say goodbye. He brought the mower back and it started fine, so I paid them, they wanted cash - red flag, and didnt give me a receipt, red flag. I shoulda taken note of these flags initially. Try to contact this company a few weeks ago before the snow hit and I forgot to follow up with them. I called them this week and actually talked to a human and after describing the issues I was having with my snowblower and lawnmower, I was hung up on. I thought it was just a disconnected call, however after reading other similar online reviews this is pretty standard for this company. Thanks for getting to my house with your mobile service truck and being able to get my lawnmower & snowblower running on the same day you have very affordable prices and also thank you for the free estimate I will be sure to tell my neighbors about your mobile repair service
Pick up worked well but when mower was returned it was not running properly. I have tried to make contact several times to have them fix mower properly but they refuse to call me back or respond to messages. Would not recommend this service.
