Great business and business owner… Extremely professional, hard-working and dedicated. Johnny fix my riding lawnmower and made it work like new.… Recommend this business to anyone wanting to save money and get the job done correctly.
Spoke to John several times to discuss mower issue....set up an appointment....NO SHOW....didn't call either.....not a good way to run a business.....too much competition out there...can't recommend
We scheduled with John for a specific date and time, and he didn't show up. When we called him that morning he didn't recall the appointment and didn't take responsibility for making a mistake. My husband and I had communicated several times with him the previous week so it was confusing why he had no recollection of the appointment. Husband took off work that morning so we were frustrated and disappointed.
Mr. Johnny Porter showed up on time and was very well prepared to repair my Zero Turn Mower. What I tried to repair the day before for hours, he was able to fix in a matter of minutes! He was very fair and I will only use him from now on! It was a pleasure dealing with you Johnny and I look forward to a tune up around March 1st. Thanks again!
Johnny was prompt and knew his stuff! He got my Husqvarna Lawn Tractor diagnosed and running again quickly. I will continue to use him, including getting the mower ready for each season from now on.
