Took a Samsung phone to be fixed there 6 weeks ago, called 3 1/2 weeks later to find out it was still sitting on the counter and hadn't even been shipped! Called Samsung to see if I could do something and they asked "why did you take it there? just deal with us directly". Excellent service and went above and beyond when another repair shop did damage to my phone. This is the only place I’d take my phone to.
I ordered speakers for my s21 over 6 months ago and still haven't received them. Decided to go to somewhere else and got my speakers within 4 days and less than half the price quoted by the mobile klinic.
