Had a battery replacement (3rd party) for iPhone. Battery was worse than my previous. Elected to upgrade to Apple brand battery and I didn’t have the cost of initial battery replacement fully reimbursed towards new battery. Servicing took 2.5 hours each time. Any previous battery replacements with other companies took less than an hour.
