I've been attempting to get a pixel 6a battery replacement since July and have been completely ghosted multiple times. "We should call you back in 2 or 3 weeks" was said to me multiple times, and my emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. I understand there may be delays with getting enough batteries but the lack of communication is fully within Mobile Klink's control. The only reason I haven't gone elsewhere is that Google requires it to be done through Mobile Klink to be covered by them for making a fire hazard.

Unfortunately, repairman Yogi at the Hillside Mall Victoria BC location was very oddly and bizarrely rude, interrupting me and gaslighting me when I was genuinely concerned about a very simple inspect-and-clean issue with my phone that solely became noticeable after the repair specifically from them very recently, regardless of the quality of the repair job, customer service and genuine basic respect for another person is required for a job like this. At the Mobile Klinik on Hillside at the mall these guys saved me. My phone was having problems since I got it and unknown issues kept me from accepting a Canadian plan. I had so many people from other locations try to figure it out (from cellphone providers). Very happy I got recommended to one of the workers at this Hillside location, while I waited to get help the other employees started the diagnosis to round down what was wrong, and what wasn't.
