I cannot express what a great experience I had with Yogi at Mobile Klinik in Victoria. The service I experienced was top notch, but more importantly while I was there waiting for the transfer of info from my old phone to my new phone, I witnessed Yogi be amazing with every person who walked in. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Earlier this year I had to replace my old phone and I bought one online from a Chinese retail website. They sent me a phone programmed for Europe which meant I could not access the internet other than on a wi-fi connection. The poorly translated instructions to change this was beyond me so I just figured I would live with it until I could afford a new phone. I was having issues with my charging port, walked in with no appointment and was in and out in under 5 minutes. They refused to take any payment. Gained a customer for any future repairs I need. Staff are friendly
