I went into the store on Monday 8th June 2026, I was having a problem with notifications on my Samsung phone. The young man fixed the issue in under 10 minutes, I thanked him and he said no charge sir. He was amazing and we need more great customer service. Philip
Poor customer service, and if you call them for a question, they just hang up if they don't even answer the phone.
My phone was completely non responsive and Rachel cured it completely efficiently and my phone was unlocked and set up really quickly.HIGHLY recommend!
Had a really great experience at the mobile klinik in Fairview Mall. I went in because I was having trouble with my phone's charging port. They checked it out for free and even cleaned it for me at no charge. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated how helpful and efficient they were."
