I trusted that designation and expected knowledgeable technicians and professional customer service. I paid $69 for a MacBook Pro diagnostic and $35 for an iPad Pro diagnostic. I'm 84 and I was delighted to discover an Apple Approved Service Provider here in Mountain View, as the closest Apple Store is farther. The online appointment setup and prep process was clear and easy. At the store, I was treated courteously. The options for analysis and repair were explained patiently and thoroughly.
