If zero stars were possible, that’s what I would give. I visited Mobile Kangaroo – 100 W El Camino Real, Suite 68, Mountain View because it is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. I trusted that designation and expected knowledgeable technicians and professional customer service. I paid $69 for a MacBook Pro diagnostic and $35 for an iPad Pro diagnostic. I'm 84 and I was delighted to discover an Apple Approved Service Provider here in Mountain View, as the closest Apple Store is farther. The online appointment setup and prep process was clear and easy. At the store, I was treated courteously. The options for analysis and repair were explained patiently and thoroughly. My iPhone 15 Pro is under AppleCare One and they replaced the screen for the $29 fee per Apple's scale.
