I had an issue with my AirPods, and Kangaroo Mobile provided me with a new replacement. Their service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and professional. I really appreciate their support and quick solution. Highly recommended for great customer service!
I was completely misinformed when I dropped off my laptop for screen replacement. They stated that the laptop needed to be diagnosed. Not sure what needed to be diagnosed when the screen was clearly damaged and not working, but I left it on a Thursday. I was covered by Apple Care Plus, gave my credit card to charge the copay of $99, was told that they would take $20, then after the “diagnostics” to pay the balance.
