Luke was so helpful when I came in after having issues with my iPhone battery. He was professional & courteous as he troubleshooted the problem and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He fixed the problem in a reasonable time and kept me informed. Highly recommend.

If there was an option to give zero I would. I brought my series 6 watch in to be repaired, I was told it couldn’t be fixed they’d have to send it in and I’d get a new watch. I said how much is that going to be? I was told it would be cheaper bc I was giving in my watch. The price I got quoted with was $368. A brand new series 11 is $399 and since I was giving my watch I figured ok that makes sense.
