Had an appointment today at 10:30, guy at the front desk had a horrible attitude, didn’t want to help me at all. Didn’t want to replace my phone despite having Apple care.

They texted me to pick up my computer, I went there during their open hours and they were closed, I called and texted with no answer. I texted hours later to see if they were open because they had not called me back and they did responded via text and lied to me saying they called me twice, they did not, in this age of communication you literally can’t lie about that. Haven’t been able to get my machine back yet to see if the work they did was even effective. There are other companies in the area that I’m assuming don’t lie ... read more
