I had a terrible experience with Mobile Kangaroo in Phoenix and would encourage you to steer clear of this place. Apple sent me to this store for a simple battery replacement. My battery was losing power, and Apple thought it needed to be replaced. Although Apple arranged a specific appointment for me, the single employee there looked surprised to see me and wanted to diagnose the phone. I explained I was only there for a battery swap.
