First, I didn't realize that there was an authorized Apple Service Provider right here in Eugene. So many of the previous stores have come and gone so it's great to have a local presence with Mobile Kangaroo! Second, I usually can work on my own computers and had just replaced the screen on my MacBook Pro when I ran into a problem with the power/battery. Super friendly and helpful staff! Marlon went above and beyond for me and quickly repaired my computer.
After multiple unsuccessful efforts to get my phone repaired at Best Buy, I finally came to Mobile Kangaroo and was extremely satisfied with the customer service, speed, and communication. Although it was a one-man operation, my phone was repaired extremely fast. Highly recommend for any tech needs!

Technicians were very kind and knowledgeable. My repair ended up being straight to Apple, but it was fixed completely without me having to pay a dime.
