Booked a last minute certified Apple Support appointment here. Got a new screen protector and fixed my ancient laptop here. Helpful gentleman talked me through the whole process. Much calmer environment than most retail spaces. Peaceful jazz music played the whole time. I’ll be back the next time I need tech support.

I kid you not, this was originally going to be a one-star review. My phone died on a Tuesday night. I went to this location on Wednesday morning at 10:30am. The gentleman told it would take three - four business days to fix. Great. I didn't hear from anyone Saturday so I went in Monday morning. The gentleman informed me that not only had the parts not arrived but there was no tracking information in the system. I was upset for sure, but ok. Mobile kangaroo revived our eight year old 6S. The staff was knowledgeable, skillful and friendly. They had to order the battery so it took a few days but they had it ready day after the battery was received. While the website seems to indicate there is a charge for cleaning the phone up, it came back looking like new without an extra charge. Highly recommend.
