I kid you not, this was originally going to be a one-star review. My phone died on a Tuesday night. I went to this location on Wednesday morning at 10:30am. The gentleman told it would take three - four business days to fix. Great. I didn't hear from anyone Saturday so I went in Monday morning. The gentleman informed me that not only had the parts not arrived but there was no tracking information in the system. I was upset for sure, but ok. Mobile kangaroo revived our eight year old 6S. The staff was knowledgeable, skillful and friendly. They had to order the battery so it took a few days but they had it ready day after the battery was received. While the website seems to indicate there is a charge for cleaning the phone up, it came back looking like new without an extra charge. Highly recommend.
Showed up for a appointment due to miscommunication was kept waiting for 40 minutes. Then at the conclusion of that time was told that the service that is provided for free at the Apple store is not provided here for free. With good communication, I could have proceeded with my day instead of wasted valuable time. I will not be returning.
My phone suddenly broke and I was super stressed, but Ted at Mobile Kangaroo totally saved the day! He took full responsibility and got it fixed with same-day repair. So grateful for the friendly and reliable service 🙌 Highly recommend!
