My phone suddenly broke and I was super stressed, but Ted at Mobile Kangaroo totally saved the day! He took full responsibility and got it fixed with same-day repair. So grateful for the friendly and reliable service 🙌 Highly recommend!
i tried to go and get my ipad fixed here. he spent 10 mins lollygagging upstairs while i waited when i entered the building. he gave some good advice and when i tried to get more help and clarification on something he suggested i do he rushed me out of the store. it took me 15 mins just to find the store and i work less than 5 mins away walking distance. it was a complete waste of time
Made an appointment but wasn’t same day service as advertised. Go to Apple Store instead.
Huge waste of time. Scheduled an appt to change my battery 5 days in advance, they didn’t have it the day I came in for service. Go elsewhere.
