I made a same day appointment to get my iPhone that had a spontaneous screen issue fixed. Teddy was amazing!!! He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to swap out my screen in a couple hours. I am so grateful for his time and a fixed phone!
Ted at this Berkely location is an expert - assessed my MacBook and was able to give me accurate low and high estimates prior to running diagnostics which allowed me to make a good financial decision prior to running my card. He then gave me an accurate estimate on repair time and executed! What a breath of fresh air in repair. Mobile Kangaroo is what the old neighborhood mechanic used to be, more helpful than the dealership. I'm not going back to the Apple store for service, ever again. Thanks, Ted!
Really poor communication. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SERIOUSLY Not worth it. They have had my computer for 3 weeks and I had to be the one to reach out to them. So frustrated
Beware: overpriced but more importantly most staff have extremely limited knowledge. Have had to return over 7 times in as many days. Inept techs. Highly suggest going anywhere else!
