You can either walk in or schedule an appointment. This is an authorized Apple service center, and my experience was smooth from start to finish. I was charged a $53 diagnostic fee for my MacBook, so you should expect a similar charge unless your repair is covered. After diagnosing the issue, they provide you with a repair quote, and you can decide whether you'd like to proceed. Came in for a screen replacement for my iPhone and the entire team was very knowledgeable and efficient with their service. They take pride in their work and I really had a good experience overall and will definitely be back if the need arises.

Had I read the reviews beforehand, I could have saved myself the time, money, and damage to my device. I scheduled a battery replacement service on May 28 and left my device at the store. They told me it would take about two hours to replace the battery. When I returned, I was shocked to find out they didn’t even have the proper tools to remove the screws.
