Took my IPhone 11 here twice. Once to get my phone screen fixed (it was glitching) and another to replace my battery. Both times they charged decent prices and my phone was ready in less than 2-3 hours. They are extremely helpful. It’s been a couple months since my phone screen was repaired and I haven’t had problems since.
I did not I have Apple care on my device so I got my screen replaced covered through Apple Care. Paul is a great technician who provided me information that I did not know about. Highly recommend for his services
Took my iMac to Mobile Kangaroo because they’re an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Was told there’d be a $35 diagnostic fee — no problem. They quoted me over $700 to fix it, so I declined. A few hours later, they called back and said they misquoted and the real price was $300. I agreed, paid the $300 — then heard nothing for a week. When I followed up, they hit me with another switch-up: “Sorry, it’s actually $700 after all.” I canceled immediately and disputed the charge.
