Top notch! Why did we call another mobile service company?? My IMac was acting up. A mobile repair person removed back panel (incorrectly) and damaged the ram card. He left and we had to pay him! We took unit to Kangaroo, here in McKinney!! Diagnosed damaged card and got unit back up in a day! Expert Apple service! I will not go anywhere else from now on!
Made an appointment online for iPhone battery replacement for the following day. Came in early and was greeted by Sam. He was very informative and was patient in explaining the process. Overall great experience and Sam was awesome to speak with. Kudos for a wonderful experience!!!!
"To be honest, if your phone is under warranty, just go ahead and make that drive to the Apple Store. I was having issues with my screen going black while the phone was still audibly working. it will be sent to the Apple Repair Center and will take up to six days." I only agreed to this bc I was in a hurry and didn't want to drive all the way to Dallas. My mistake... 100% NOT recommended. I took my iPhone 14 Plus in solely to have the battery replaced, as it was draining very quickly. They told me it would be ready in two hours. I went back two hours later—only to be told it wouldn't be ready until the next day! They sent me an email claiming my phone had liquid damage and would no longer turn on—and that is exactly how they handed it back to me: completely dead.
