Although we ended up not receiving services due to having a contract elsewhere, Sam was extremely helpful. The way they treat non paying customers I would definitely recommend. Thanks for being so helpful.

Went in for Apple warranty work, camera stopped working. They had one in stock, Got it replaced and out the door in 2hrs with an appointment. Good service.
I took an iPad in that I could not get out of the “restore mode”. I understand paying the diagnostic fee upfront, but then I received a phone call to say that they couldn’t do it because the corner was dented. I would have expected a refund considering that they couldn’t do it, but that was not the case. Instead, I was just told, “I’m sorry. He must’ve missed it.” If he didn’t inspect my iPad and let me know that up front, then why was I not refunded the fee? Disappointing!
