To be honest, if your phone is under warranty, just go ahead and make that drive to the Apple Store. I was having issues with my screen going black while the phone was still audibly working. I was quoted "2 hours if we can fix it and then if it needs further diagnosis, it will be sent to the Apple Repair Center and will take up to six days." I only agreed to this bc I was in a hurry and didn't want to drive all the way to Dallas. My mistake... Within 30 minutes they told me it was being shipped to Apple, and that's the only ... read more
