Dear Mobile Kangaroo Team, I arrived at your location at 12:50 PM today, expecting the store to be open by 1:00 PM as per your posted hours. It is now 1:15 PM, and the store is still not open. This delay is a significant inconvenience, especially as I have brought my kid and was expecting timely service. Especially since we only have 48 to get our service done. I didn't drop my phone or any kind of damage but my iPhone died all of a sudden. I went to places like BestBuy, Apple and carrier but all of them said I have to replace my phone. I came to Mobile Kangaroo at Mckinney. They found the problem with my phone (it was an battery issue). it just took $100 to fix the battery issue. it saved me $1000. Nima is a best techie. he fixed my phone in no time... I would recommend this place for any mobile phone issues.
