I had a terrible experience with Mobile Kangaroo in Phoenix and would encourage you to steer clear of this place. Apple sent me to this store for a simple battery replacement. My battery was losing power, and Apple thought it needed to be replaced. Although Apple arranged a specific appointment for me, the single employee there looked surprised to see me and wanted to diagnose the phone. I explained I was only there for a battery swap. I had my computer service at the 17752 Sky park Cr, Irvine location. They provided fast and quality services. Very friendly and professional. Great people there.
This place is a complete joke! I only wish I could find a way to report them to Apple as they so deserve to lose their authorized dealer status.
