But after making an appointment on their online site, driving to the physical location, and walking up to the door... I learned that it's a mostly empty small lobby with what looks like a trade show presence inside and the door was locked with a note that said "Temporarily closed for training" and several UPS stickers on the window. Online request, was called back or texted immediately, brought phone in at 9:40am, got it back by 2:00 pm. Great service, reasonably priced. No up-selling or hassles. Would recommend to all friends and family.
not happy at all with the service that was provided after I was patient with them over and over again. I put in a request for a repair through the apple care app for at least a week out on a Tuesday, I got a call the day of saying they did not have my part to fix my screen which I feel should have been realized before the day of.
