I’ve been going to Mobile Kangaroo for a few years now for all of my Apple products. They’ve repaired both of my MacBooks, my phone, my son’s phone, and my wife’s phone. They are always extremely accommodating and straightforward, giving honest options about what’s needed, what’s covered under warranty, and what isn’t. Johnny is an awesome employee, since the minute i walked he listened to my problem, i didnt have all the equipment with me, but he did everything in his power to problem solve and help me out. He explained the process, he explained what it would take to get it fixed, and didn't give up until we came up with a solution. When i picked my device up he explained very thoroughly how to pair my devices. Johnny is an awesome employee 100% recommend
