Paid over $50 for a diagnostics for something I really didn't even need and again I already knew what it was. I have a 6 year old Mac book air, and they wanted me to pay $333 to have the battery replaced, that was the discounted version too because I paid the diagnostic fee. I told them thats not going to happen, I was told they'd check what they can do, came back and tried to again high ball me completely with $234 for a battery replacement.
