Amazing service!! Highly recommend for Apple product repair
We received 5-star service here at Mobile Kangaroo at the Pearland location. We had a problem with our business Mac Pro and they helped us with no problem. Everything was done timely manner with open communication and professionalism. We truly appreciate the prompt response and timeliness in getting back up and running, so our customers can receive 5-star services from us as well.
Had I read the reviews beforehand, I could have saved myself the time, money, and damage to my device. I scheduled a battery replacement service on May 28 and left my device at the store. They told me it would take about two hours to replace the battery. When I returned, I was shocked to find out they didn’t even have the proper tools to remove the screws.
