David is incredible. I brought in my laptop and an iPad. Both destroyed by little kids (iPad broke 5 years ago). He gave me honest advice regarding the iPad, and fixed my laptop 100%. Highly recommend. Amazing customer service!
My aunt (70+) was referred (via phone) by APPLE Manhattan Village to this place to help her unlock her iPad (bought it last year, but forgot the password). She was told it could NOT be fixed and was told to "throw in the trash"!! It took me 20 mins to unlock it by watching a youtube video!!! Don't waste your time with this store, go somewhere else or do it yourself.
