Terrible experience for a simple repair and outrageous prices. My macbook pro needed the battery changed (service battery, around 80% capacity)--a simple routine repair with nothing else wrong with it. They told me they just needed to run a quick diagnostic, they'd order the battery, and I'd be in and out with minimal down time without my computer.
