I have used this shop for a couple work computers that were covered by Apple Care and they did a great job each time. I love that it is a small quiet shop, chill and no anxiety that I get from an Apple Store visit, thank you.

i don’t like to be a hater but i can’t say one good thing about this place. they spent 2 months holding onto my laptop and doing absolutely nothing to fix it or progress to next steps (they tried a few things that didn’t work in the beginning and then just sat on it for weeks even though i agreed to the next steps they laid out). they made dozens of promises regarding timelines, even when i explicitly asked them not to make promises they couldn’t keep because this had already been a trend with them, and then they would ghost... read more
