I called Apple for help with restoring a phone. They sent me here and told me there would be no charge as they were an Apple service provider. The first thing the guy did was tell me it was a $35 fee whether he could or could not restore the phone. I told him I just needed it as it was for my 85 year old grandmother and it was my only way of contacting her as I live 2 hours away and the only way she could get help if needed.
