Heads up: I brought AirPods here for a diagnostic because Apple asked me to get proof to reinstate my warranty. The shop ran 1-2 min checks and did not resolve the issue or send the AirPods to Apple, and still charged a $19 diagnostic fee. The next day Apple reinstated my warranty and replaced the AirPods for free. I was told once warranty is reinstated my $19 would be refunded. You should not be paying any diagnostic fee for Apple products regardless of warranty status and Apple certified shops should follow that. Recommend... read more
