I was so excited to find an Apple-authorized repair store right here in Waco. Cam helped me with a battery replacement for my iPhone and quickly discovered that it was still under warranty, saving me money. The turn-around time was fast, and Cam was professional and kind throughout the process. He was also patiently training Reza, who was very polite and clearly learning to work independently. Highly recommend!
