Kevin made the whole process of getting my phone screen repaired extremely smooth . He was very friendly and helpful in every way . He estimated that the repair would take an hour and he finished not only the repair of my extremely shattered phone screen in about 30 minutes , but also applied a new screen protector and I was out of there in less than 40 minutes . Kind, courteous, very easy to deal with. Had my iPhone 15 Pro max battery replaced under Apple care Definitely coming back here for any repairs.
Walked in with a dead battery and the guy told me it would be an hour wait, then I sat there for almost three. Completely wasted my afternoon becuase I could have gone somehwere else.
