This company is awesome! I highly recommend. Staff was wonderful, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I give it 10 thumbs up!
I LOVE Mobile Kangaroo!! I would’ve had to wait a week to get into an Apple Store And I got an appointment at Mobile Kangaroo the same day. They respond very quickly to text messages. I also love the fact that they are super accessible from the parking lot. You don’t have to go into a mall. They are so nice and so patient and so informative. I will definitely use them again. I recommend without hesitation!!!
Great courteous and professional service, and it was so quiet!
Chris was able to replace my iPhone battery and clean my charging port with a 3 hour turn around time. Excellent customer service and very personable.
