This turned out to be a five star 11/10 experience. The man working today was named Ryan. I wasn’t sure when I first called because I don’t know enough about screen repair and my phones display was melting away. But he seemed to be capable, and when we arrived was first class at customer service. I will never go to the Apple Store for repair again. This was easy. This was fixed within an hour! He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of customer service and expertise was outstanding. I highly recommend Mobile Kangaroo, and especially Christian, to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy tech repair and support.
Not sure how this place is authorized as an Apple service provider, perhaps for screen repairs? I came in for trouble with my watch not paring to my phone they were no help. Went to the actual Apple Store and my issue was fixed over the counter in 10 minutes.
I came here twice and both times have been excellent service! 10/10 will keep coming back.
