I had my computer service at the 17752 Sky park Cr, Irvine location. They provided fast and quality services. Very friendly and professional. Great people there.
This place is a complete joke! I only wish I could find a way to report them to Apple as they so deserve to lose their authorized dealer status. Apple had assigned me an appointment there to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced and after attempting to call them 20+ times the day before and the morning of my appointment for the simple reason I DID NOT want to waste my time from work and a long drive only to find they did not have the battery I needed, there was no pick-up, no voicemail, just a simple, "No one is currently avai... read more
