I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff at Mobile Innovations. As a female patron, I'm always nervous about being taken advantage of by anything associated with my car. I can say with 100% certainty that the guys at MI have treated me with respect and gave me a fair price - believe me, I checked around! Contrary to the other person's review, I have found the customer service here to be exemplary, and I'm not the only one. Check the reviews on Google and Facebook.
I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 9am to have my rearview camera looked at. I got there with my son and the guy proceeds to tell me that I would need to leave my vehicle. After a brief conversation with him, it became very clear they didn't care about my business. They made no attempt to correct their error.
