Worse customer service ever! Nurses are soooo lazy and sooo rude. More worried about being on their cel phones than the patients. I stood watching this nurse play on her phone for over 5 minutes before she acknowledged me and only acknowledged me when I started recording her.  This use to be a great place when they first opened but horrrible now. Her eyelashes was so long don't even know how she was able to see well.

They use to have great customer service when they first opened but it has became a freaking circus! Nurse are lazy and more worried about being on their cel phones than the patients.  Went to nurse station and stood for over 5 minutes as I watched this nurse play on her phone and my son in pain begging for a blanket and socks and hour before. Finally went to record her and she finally acknowledged me! Ridiculous!!!!!! Have video of it but only let me post a picture!

I’m incredibly frustrated with the scheduling process at DMC. It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment without wasting a significant amount of time and energy. I was transferred from person to person, repeatedly placed in call queues, and left on hold for over 35 minutes just to schedule a single appointment. Dr. Gamard is an awesome doctor. Professional, considerate, takes time to talk with his patients! I enjoy seeing him any time I have an appointment with him!

The surgery Department has the worst communications i have ever experienced in regards to communication to patient and the patients family. The patient came out of surgery and went into Rocovery at 950AM. Doctor informed me that patient would be in recovery for 1.5 to 2 hours. I sat in the waiting room for the next three hours and could get no information from the staff as to the patients wellbeing. Obnoxious, Rude, Hostile, Humiliating, Condescending. Mr. Hamilton is all of the above. He should not be in his profession. Mr. Hamilton formed an opinion about me, decided he didn't like me, and cost me a job. He has a bad attitude and is arrogant. My wife was in SERIOUS pain from a stomach surgery. It took 3 hours in admissions before she was given a room. Then after 3 more hours and 14 needle sticks they finally put an IV in to give her pain meds!!!!
