So the fact that all reviews are saying the same thing should be looked into. I called multiple time over the last couple of days and no answer. Who can we speak to that high above? And why no action is taken on the current rude employees that work there? I’m going to do my own research and find out who to speak with in regards to MHA. This is crazy!
very poor service… please hire new workers that’s invested to helping. not the ones that don’t care, they never answer the phone and when you go to the office they look at you like your wrong for coming into the office. we wouldn’t have to come to the office if yall answer the phone and communicate properly….🤦🏽♀️
These people NEVER answer the phone and rarely reply to an email within a year! MHB needs to do better because they treat people horribly and will send you in an infinite circle when you ask for information or help. Honestly, don't expect to find decent housing...the amount they give you will not be based on the current market prices and they will pass a broke down hut with 4 closets they claim are rooms for you before they allow you something decent. Communication is the first key to success and they are not good at it!
