very poor service… please hire new workers that’s invested to helping. not the ones that don’t care, they never answer the phone and when you go to the office they look at you like your wrong for coming into the office. we wouldn’t have to come to the office if yall answer the phone and communicate properly….🤦🏽♀️
These people NEVER answer the phone and rarely reply to an email within a year! MHB needs to do better because they treat people horribly and will send you in an infinite circle when you ask for information or help. Honestly, don't expect to find decent housing...the amount they give you will not be based on the current market prices and they will pass a broke down hut with 4 closets they claim are rooms for you before they allow you something decent. Communication is the first key to success and they are not good at it!
Don’t answer the phone and never do anything on time!!! Where is management??
I been calling the housing board for 3 day cause my air conditioner went out and nobody came and did anything it's been above 90 in my apartment and no help
