If I could give ZERO - I would and this is why: We moved here in November 2022 and started the process to get an in-home primary care through Lubbock Family Health and Dr. Franklin’s office for mobile service. It took over a month to get an appointment even through we live in a senior living community and they supposedly visit it regularly. They have refused to fill medicines that my husband has been on for over 30-years.
