You may be able to get what you need at a cheaper price, but if you experience any issues with what you ordered, be prepared for doing battle to get your issues resolved in a timely manner or getting a refund. You will only get a refund by getting ugly, i.e. calling repeatedly and being extremely demanding as a customer. A special note if you are ordering any special order products like doors that need to be packed for delivery in a careful way so as to arrive undamaged, don t expect these special needs to be addressed by th... read more
u do not get what u order! they recharge ur credit cards twice for the same amount! bought a door it was suppose to be 32x75 it wound up being 20x70 then decided to charge me twice then demand i pay for shipping to return the door then new shipping to have to new door shipped out. for a total of \$300 of shipping costs. customer service agents are rude and hang the phone up on u! this company is a complete scam they send out what they can and thats about it! I am not satisfied at all! and would NOT recomeend this company to ... read more

Fast friendly service! I ordered a very hard to find part for my A/C and my order was shipped the same day I placed it. I will definitely check with them first when I need something else for my home.

This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. Im a senio citzen so I called and talked to somebody to place my order and they demanded that I have to use the internet cause they can not take orders over the phone. I told them that I dont really know how to use a computer. I called my daughter over to help me place my order when I did they told me that my delivary date was going to be 2 weeks I didnt recieve my products until 5 weeks later.
