Bud came out to my place to give me an estimate on some work I needed to have done. He said he would email a quote to me the following week. That next week came and went with no email, so I made a follow-up call. The operator said she would have Bud call me. Not only did he not return my call, but he never sent a quote either. In my opinion, that’s a poor way to run a business—very unprofessional.The only reason I’m giving him one star is because there wasn’t an option to give none.
I'd give Mobile Home Specialist 10 stars if I could. Bud traveled from Yakima to Ellensburg to take a look at the project and give us an estimate. Rob and Kyle did the work in a professional manner and answered all questions I had. They also cleaned up after themselves every day ... very important to me. Beautiful work, at a fair price, in a timely manner; all I could ask for.
