Kathee was awesome to work with, answering our questions at any time of the day. It was our first purchase so there were a lot! We looked at a few homes and she was available sometimes for same day showings. She went above and beyond for us, finding us the perfect fit! I highly recommend working with this company.
Dealing with Kathee was such a pleasure. She’s very knowledgeable and does not pressure you. I would definitely recommend her for your mobile home buying.
We had a great experience with Kathee Somes. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she has great communication skills. She kept us updated on our showings and what buyers were saying. Not only is she very professional she earns every bit of her fee. I would highly recommend her. Bruce Henderson
Kathee was a delight to work.with. She was very helpful in the sale of my Fiance's mobile home. No questions went unanswered. She would always call him right back if he called and left a message. He sold within 2 months after putting it on the market. I would definitely recommend Mobile Home Brokers Unlimited. Ask for Kathee!
Excellent job! Detail oriented and on top of everything!
