I had never been to this dealer before and I just happened to stop by to pay my cell bill. I asked for assistance and was shocked at the quality of service I received . It was GREAT ! And I do mean GREAT ! I will be going back to that location again and I hope everyone will just stop by and see what I mean by true customer service. WOW ! ------- It was GREAT ! Service.
None of the other stores had a 5th of the knowledge Mobile Freedom had about mobility. In fact...these people were above the ATT and TMobile retailers in customer service, knowledge and a genuine want to help me out. I cant believe how honest and direct they were! Most places push the sale...this place simply cared about ME!!!
Dealt with another Simple Mobile dealer in the Pembroke Lakes mall who gave terrible customer service. I then found Mobile Freedom Enterprise and they blew the other place away. Top notch service prices and consultation. I LOVED it! Thank you!
Awesome customer service! I learned tons from the associate about the differences between GSM and CDMA service. I am very pleased with the Blackberry Torch I ordered from Mobile Freedom. I especially LOVE the Simple Mobile service unlimited talk txt and web for only $60 bucks! I highly recommend taking a trip to Mobile Freedom Enterprise.
