OMG! Paul is awesome. I called him, he troubleshot my issues over the phone and FaceTime! We had another Mobile guy that came to us and told us we need to change out our hydraulic pump which would be anywhere from $1000-$2000 to replace. I called Paul and he listened to the noises that our rig was making and told us what to do to troubleshoot it, we did that and he was dead on! We bought 2 new batteries, problem solved. $229 after paying the other guy. NEVER AGAIN! We will always call Paul and use Mobile Family RV! Thank you... read more
Great RV Shop! Definitely recommend. Shawn & Josh also went beyond and picked up & dropped off our RV (for a small fee) since we didn't have a way of towing it. Great customer service!
