My mother ordered glasses through her nursing home, I paid for them promptly. It’s been over a month and the glasses were just now ordered and will take 2-3 weeks to get in. Apparently, this company has a process problem because her order was lost in the wrong file 11/21/18. There is no option to expedite the order, even though they made the mistake. Be careful if you use this company for your eye care needs, they do not have a good process for ordering.
