I give this only one star I am not happy with BoaVida we pay our monthly rent every month that includes a swimming pool that we can’t use this summer because in May they decided to work on the swimming pool when it was supposed to open on Memorial Day May 25, the pool is closed for 9 months out of the year and we use it 3 months out of the year so in those 9 months why didn’t it get worked on in those 9 months of it being closed? My friend lives here they look decent people are nice
This is a small mobile home park. The units here are a bit mix matched and most of them are older ..and on the smaller side. The management is pretty nice and the park is clean. There is a pool that is also clean and well kept. Although it is clearly older in the summer time it does look inviting.
