Out of state management sucks and they don't have any regard for the people who live here not to mention new tenants. Good luck.

I live here at Portland Mobile Estates, for the last 20 years. It's a nice place to live, but they ( the owners) keep raising the rent every year until now it's becoming impossible to pay it! Coming up on nearly $1000 a month for space rent. When I came in 2008 it was $400 a month, very reasonable. Not any more....and we're ALL seniors here, too.
