Dr. Wilkes confirmed by phone and by email that he would be coming to see my 84 year old homebound mom and then cancelled the afternoon he was supposed to come because he decided it was too far. He should have never confirmed the appointment. His staff Googled my address before confirming. This is very unprofessional behavior. Stay away.
