This company has a horrible quality control issue. They don't know the individuals they hire and they don't know the quality of the service that they provide. I reached out about issues with my service and they just dug their heels in the sand and refused to rectify the service. I was shocked as someone who works with clients. They have a terrible business model. Their whole website is smoke and mirrors.
They booked my detail for my RV and charged my card 936.00 then 2 days later emailed me stating the detailer in my area refused the job, and they have no other detailer in my area. Then I was told it would take at least a week to get my money back. So I was charged, no work was done and you are holding my money!
HORRIBLE service!!! Do not use this company. The "detailers" showed up with no hose and only buckets of water to "detail" my car. This wouldn't have even been considered good carwash let alone a detail. When they told me it was done, I went outside and the car was still dirty on the exterior and the interior. My seats looked like they had been coated in high gloss armourall. The car is brand new but I had been to the beach and wanted to have it PROFESSIONALLY cleaned This is not what I received.
