I am a trained counselor and unfortunately had to go to mobile crisis about 9 years ago. The staff was professional and courteous. A patient isn't likely to come back to the site, unless they had an unpleasant stay. I saw a comment was that it's pointless and they just held you. Holding me for a short time saved my life. Dissociated and suicidal going in and felt supported and ;eft with resources I called and got further treatment. There was no judgement with the employees and in mental health thats a relief..
