I rented with this business for three years and my experience was not good. The storage units themselves were fine, but the staff are not easy to work with. They raised the rent of the unit twice over the time I rented with them and did not notify me. No letters, no phone calls. I instead wracked up a massive amount of “late fees” each month for the amount I didn’t pay. After one year of storing a small camper at Mobile City outdoor storage I've had it with their incompetence and laziness. This concerns the gate which is not functioning properly. There's an electric motor and chain but it has not been working for over a year. And the gate is extremely difficult to open. I have notified the manager of that several times and they have done nothing to solve the problem. The area is sloppy, with noxious weeds all over. Don't do business with this outfit.
