Should have done my research. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and got a battery replaced here. All is good with the repair so far. Too early to tell if battery life is improved over the original I got replaced. Apple would replace my battery for $89. This place charged me $80 for a battery replacement with a non-genuine Apple battery. I knew that going into it, I just didn’t know how little Apple charged to replace it themselves with genuine parts.
They’re SCAMMERS & has over priced garbage. I dropped my phone off here & they claimed they fixed it, charged me $45. I had to bring my phone back to a different store & they informed me the work they did was literally just “cleaning my charger port” when they told me they required this & fixed that & blah blah blah. DO NOT bring your phone here!!! I bought extra items while I was there, so they have $90 of my money, half of it being for nothing. DON’T COME HERE, there’s ton of phone stores every where- this is not the one.
Adil was very honest and helpful with my phone issue. I was able to ask questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Great turn around time and very responsive. Trustworthy business especially when you feel hopeless with a broken phone. Hands down would recommend Mobile Care for anyone and I will be back if I have problems in the future! Thanks again, Adil!
Went in for a battery replacement on an XR. Saad was able to help me out. I unfortunately got a cheap screen replacement a couple years ago, and the old screen wouldn’t interact with the new battery. Saad was extremely respectful in explaining why it wouldn’t work. He ended up replacing both at my approval. I left with a new screen and battery, and feel like I have a whole new phone. The prices were extremely competitive. I highly recommend if you’re looking for repair to come here.
