Had a 12:45 pickup scheduled for a 1:30 appointment. Not only did mobile care fail to call when the driver was delayed by 45 minutes, dispatchers continued to lie about the estimated time of arrival. Claimed he was around the corner and that was 35 minutes ago. My advice: use another company.
Wish I could give no stars. My Mother who is in a nursing home and on Medicaid had glasses made by these folks. After medicaid denied payment, I submitted payment immediately as requested. Mobile Care told me my Mother would get glasses 10-14 days. Upon follow-up (30 days later), they had not even started the glasses and still had her file marked "denied."
