Don't usually write reviews, but our experience with Mohammed was excellent! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My phone was beyond repair, but he tried beyond our expectations to recover its data. Customer service like this is rare today! We would most definitely return for any future issues.
Very helpful service. Was $100 cheaper than another phone repair place. I had multiple issues and the rep was wonderful and fixed as much as he could. Did not push me to buy extras just explained the different options. Happy my phone can keep going and doesn't end up in the landfill after 2 years.
