Neville changed his plans for the day to assist me straight away. What to me seemed to be a straightforward task was awkward, difficult and time consuming, the car being 24 years old. The outcome was 100% with Neville spending time with me explaining the fine points of the new radio's modern features. The charge for the work undertaken was most reasonable.
Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I took my brand new car for a camera install. Went to pick it up, all lights on dash lit up & car wouldn't start. Neville was calling auto electricians trying to get help. Told me to take it to Honda to run a check & see what's wrong. He finally blamed his son for blowing a fuse. 1 month later the unit fell off the windscreen while driving. Rang Friday & he blamed the tape. Arranged to bring car in the following week at a time. Not happy,speakers loose in door after fitted a few mths ago,speaker screws just screwed into the door card...yeh na.never again
Neville and the boys did a fantastic job on our install. When the JVC stereo decided to have a fit 6 months later he happily looked at it at short notice and without hesitation. Super happy
My husband and I arrived at his premises with our grandchildren he told us to help ourselves to coffee biscuits and showed us where the toilet is he then proceeded to put a movie on for the kids. after about an hour working and fixing our car my husband asked him for the bill He told us no charge as he felt bad as the previous guy we took the car to botched the job and ripped us off such kindness
