Good Sam called this guy and he had no idea what he was doing. Charged us $190 for NOTHING and said we would need to hire a crane to fix our RV. He claimed to have a migraine but looked totally hung over! KOA suggested we call 4-Points RV Service and we're glad we did. Juan got us a temporary fix and we will be able to continue our trip now and get home. For $155 he took care of us and we can't thank HIM enough. I guess the doctor just needed beer money.

I have had an awesome experience using this company. They have fixed my car at work and at their shop. Most recently I was quoted $716 to fix my intake manifold but when I got my car it was half of that and my mechanic Scott even fixed my battery drain issue on his time. I am so grateful for all of them that work there. I am a very happy customer and will use them again
Great service by Tristan ! He was fast , professional and my car is running great. The convenience is what I love most. Nothing like getting an oil change while making dinner.

I called the night before. They sent a guy the next morning to do a transmission service on my truck. I was also impressed that they left things nice and clean, not only on my truck but on the concrete as well. No oil spilled, or mess and things were picked up nicely. I'd recommend you to all my friends and family. Thank you.
Worst experience ever. I thought it was the belt only to be told that it was the water pump. I still got charged $85 for labor and he was out here for an all of like 5 minutes. Definitely going to go to the BAR and the BBB. Its called customer service, not rip the customer off. I doubt that the owner will reply to this but customer service was horrible and he charged me for labor. I would have been happy to pay $20 or $40 but $85 for a 5 minute inspection. This is absurd.
Tim just fixed a gas line hose in my car at my work in about 5 minutes time. Scott did all of my power steering including the rack and pinion in a timely and reasonably priced manner. These guys are the only guys I use now. Thank you guys!
