I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience with this company. The detailer cleaned my wheels with something that left them discolored. I have reached out to the company through all available means and have yet to be contacted. My detailing service took place on 08/15/2025. I expected some type of ownership when detailers make a mistake. I understand that things happen, but this is unacceptable, especially in this economy, when this type of service is a luxury.
