Very fast. Great customer service. Had a few issues with bloodwork and tech having to come back to draw more blood. 2nd time I’ve experienced an issue.
After trying 3 times in labcorp without success , I googled in google and found the home blood draw services, Chris does amazing job for my son, he came early in the morning while my son was sleeping, he did not even notice that the blood was drawn ..
When it comes to needles I have always had a fear, but these folks made me feel like I was never getting my blood drawn. I would say the best experience I’ve had in a VERY long time. The gentleman who drew my blood was fantastic, very friendly! They are professional and their customer service is great. I cannot complain! I will for sure be using their services again.
Stat Lab did an Amazing job processing my Kit from Genova Lab. After four attempts with two company, I finally find someone that has the experience processing and shipped my expensive Lab kit and arrived overnight in the lab with my NUTREVAL - GENOVA KIT. My son and my wife has the same experience with their lab shipping to different lab for Lyme testing. We will be using Stat Lab in our corporate summer health fair event.
