Very rude nasty dispatcher ugh never again!!!
This company sent an inebriated driver to transport my uncle back to his facility. Our family members had to help place customer in vehicle as well as ensure the securement of the wheelchair. While in transit the driver had to be directed to the facility because he didn’t know how to work the gps. The driver was not only working in an unsafe manner but he also wrecked the company vehicle.
