@mobilebaydental on schillingers I would not recommend anyone or their children here !!! I received a text from my son’s dentist office saying his appointment would be canceled within 48 hours if I didn’t respond . This is the FIRST time I’ve ever gotten a message like that !! Usually they just send reminders or call to confirm , and I never answer or reply I’ve always just shown up to appointments without any issues . Rude employees and they stole my 100$ deposit after I told them I would contact my lawyer for it! They called saying I wasn’t covered by my insurance for a December appointment so they took my 100 deposit for a crown and applied it to a bill. Than called me back told me they were wrong and I did have insurance in December but I couldn’t come get my 100$ or return for care because I said in the beginning I did have insurance and I was contacting my lawyer . What a mess!! They call and text to make sure you're coming and paying and you get there to sit for an hour!! Your time is NOT more valuable than mine!! Unprofessional!!! Get your crap together.
I hate dentists, but the friendly staff here have made me see them in a better light. They're very patient and will work with you if you are scared or uncomfortable.
