Very professional team of workers. We had an alternator go bad and was 3 hours away from home. Dennis was able to come by on short notice and get us ready to hit the road. Highly recommend these guys

All I needed was help getting grease in my trailer wheel bearings and he said “yah we can do that, we will have to get it at the shop. Let me see what tech I have available and call you back” can you guess who never called me back? Yep these guys. Had to sleep in paying lot until Lowes opened to buy a grease gun and just do it myself. So much for trying to support and local business when they don’t even call back or act like they want your business.

I called Friday 11/15 because I was in town for an Expo and my truck broke down on me in West Monroe . I told them I felt like it was my rear hub bearing and wanted to see if they could change it the next morning and they agreed to come look at it and they were ver professional. They showed up on time the following morning and the service man called me back out to let me know that it wasn’t my hub bearing and that I needed my entire rear end rebuilt .
