Worst customer service. Called and gave them our information to come do the work, then was ghosted and left stranded with no communication or call back for over 4 hours( still haven’t heard back from them yet.) 24/7 service?!? What a joke!!
I waited for over 3 hours in 90 to 100 degree weather and still didn't get a call back from them. I called back 7 times with no answer. Horrible place of business will never recommend. Never even got told a time frame or anything.
My belt snapped and within an hour the technician was dispatched and came with the parts and fixed it.
Good stuff
Very professional team of workers. We had an alternator go bad and was 3 hours away from home. Dennis was able to come by on short notice and get us ready to hit the road. Highly recommend these guys
