Whoever wrote that is false information because when I first came to this mechanic I call they answer the question and I asked her if she knows and she does do mechanic too her husband is the one the run the shop I've been going to them for 5 years and I am very happy with their service and price and he would do everything to his power to fix the car and give you a good price

I just called this mechanic, and the phone was answered by a lady. I asked to speak to a mechanic with my question, unless she was a mechanic and I would like to speak with her. She promptly hung up! I called again, hoping I was incorrect and we were disconnected, but the person on the other end hung up again! We will never use such a rude establishment!
